What is your Return and Exchange Policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns will not be accepted. Exchanges will be honored if there is a mistake on our part. Please read sizing charts and descriptions thoroughly to ensure that you order accordingly.
What happens if my item is damaged?
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately at info@thestylishvault.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.
What is your Shipping Policy?
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the receipt of payment verification. Please exclude processing time when calculating your package's date of arrival. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped during major sales (Ex: Black Friday & Holiday sales).
Please note: We are only able to ship to the address you indicate so please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct. Changes to the shipping address cannot be made once the order is processed.
TSV will not be responsible for any packages delivered to an incorrect address. Packages confirmed as delivered, but not received are the customers responsibility to locate. Once packages are dispatched from TSV we are no longer liable.
How much is the shipping rate?
All domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. For domestic orders we charge a flat rate of $8 USD and $30 USD for all international orders.
How long will it take to receive my package?
You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. Delivery time starts 24 hours after your tracking information is received. Standard delivery for domestic orders are 2-4 business days, and for international orders 7-10 business days. Please note: we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.
